Small Artists, Big Impact
From March 13 to 19, the “Natural Forces — 2026 Silicon Valley Youth and Children’s Art Exhibition” was held at ArtX Gallery in Fremont, California, providing a vibrant platform for young artists to showcase their creativity and allowing the public to experience the beauty and power of nature. The exhibition was jointly organized by Gallery YOO, UCCF, and ArtX Gallery, with curators MetaCher and Minying Han (Flavia) overseeing the entire program, presenting a visually engaging showcase filled with imagination and environmental themes.

Centered on the theme of “Natural Forces,” the exhibition encouraged children and youth to express their understanding of nature, ecology, and life through art. The young artists presented works in diverse forms, including painting, sketching, photography, digital art, sculpture, and installations. Through color, line, and imagery, they captured the grandeur of mountains, rivers, and oceans, recorded the wonder of storms and lightning, and celebrated the unique charm of plants, trees, and animals. The curators noted, “Children offer the purest perspectives. Their works help us reconsider our relationship with nature and remind adults of the urgency to protect the environment.”
On the opening day, the atmosphere was lively, with children interacting frequently with visitors. The Bay Area experimental pop band, The Monitors, performed original electronic music, blending futuristic sounds with the theme of natural forces. ArtX Gallery also hosted interactive art workshops, where children and parents created art together, allowing participants to experience the magic of art firsthand and bringing the audience closer to the works. This made the exhibition not only visually captivating but also tangible and engaging.

After a rigorous selection process conducted by the Silicon Valley organizers, the winners were announced across Gold, Silver, and Bronze categories. The full list of winners is as follows:

Through art, the voices and imaginations of children reach wider audiences, raising awareness and encouraging environmental stewardship.
